3. User Obligations

When using our services:

• You are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You must submit requested documents on time and completely
• You must act in accordance with legal regulations
• You must fulfill your payment obligations on time
• You must work in cooperation with Suits Finance

4. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees and payment terms:

• Service fees are collected as specified in the contract
• Payments must be made within 7 days from the invoice date
• Late payment interest may be applied for late payments
• Government fees and official charges are collected separately
• Refund and cancellation policy is specified in a separate section

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, audio and video files on our website are the intellectual property of Suits Finance and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, copying or distribution is prohibited.

Suits Finance:

• Is not responsible for processing times of third-party institutions (IRS, Companies House, etc.)
• Cannot be held responsible for problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
• Is not responsible for delays or changes resulting from changes in legal regulations
• Has limited liability in force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.)

8. Cancellation and Refund Terms

Cancellation and refund terms:

• Full refund is made for cancellations before service begins
• For cancellations after service has started, refund is made after deducting the cost of work performed
• Payments made to official institutions are non-refundable
• For accounting services, cancellation can be made before the current month is completed
• Refund request must be made within 30 days

9. Service Guarantee

Suits Finance guarantees the quality of its services. However, if the transaction is rejected due to legal regulations, only the service fee will be refunded. Rejections arising from incorrect information provided by the customer are outside the guarantee scope.

10. Confidentiality and Customer Information

Suits Finance undertakes to protect the confidentiality of customer information. Customer information is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations. Our employees sign confidentiality agreements.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement will first be attempted to be resolved through amicable discussions. If a solution cannot be reached, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

12. Right to Change

Suits Finance reserves the right to change these terms of use without prior notice. Changes come into effect on the date they are published on the website.
